Performing audiometry and recording the audiological status safely and precisely. That is what we designed our audioApp for, and what we have optimised together with our users.
Pure-tone audiometry
Recording the pure-tone audiogram in air and bone conduction as well as in the free sound field is one of the most frequent tasks in audiology.
The audioApp supports you with
- documentation of tuning fork tests
- determination of air and bone conduction hearing thresholds, uncomfortable loudness level and MCL
- calculation of the percentage hearing loss
- ergonomic operation of the software via mouse, keyboard and a wireless rotary/push control
Speech audiometry
The test material for the Freiburg speech test can be stored in our audiometers. The audioApp can access this material and plays the words one by one. Both words and word lists can be randomised.
Besides the Freiburg speech test, any other speech tests can be used from the PC's hard disk. WESTRA wave audiometry, for instance, is available as an option with a wealth of speech tests (for children or in other languages, among others).

Both DPOAE and TEOAE measurements can be taken over by the audioApp directly from various OAE devices. To keep the transfer straightforward, the device manufacturer's software is not required.
