So that we can make the best use of the time, please give us a telephone number at which we can reach you directly at the agreed time – without a switchboard or waiting queue. We will call you back punctually at the appointment; if we cannot reach you then, we are often unable to extend the appointment, because the next customer is usually already waiting.

For more extensive topics such as software installations or more complex configurations we plan a full hour. If it is already clear beforehand that more time will be needed, we extend your booking before the appointment – so that the session does not have to be broken off halfway through.
