Returns and right of withdrawal
Zeisberg GmbH sells exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (in particular professional customers such as ENT practices, clinics and audiologists) and to legal entities under public law. We do not sell to consumers.
The statutory right of withdrawal under Section 312g of the German Civil Code applies exclusively to contracts with consumers. As our customers are entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. An order is therefore binding once the contract has been concluded; returning goods without further reason (for example because you simply do not like them) is not possible.
Returns in the event of defects
Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. If delivered goods are defective, the provisions in clause 10 of our general terms and conditions of sale and delivery (AVB) apply:
- We first choose between repair and replacement delivery.
- Obvious defects must be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery, defects that are not apparent within 5 working days of discovery – in each case in text form (for example by email).
- If subsequent performance fails, the statutory rights of withdrawal from the contract or reduction of the price apply.
