Dichotic speech test for adults (Feldmann test) and for children from approx. 5 years of age (Uttenweiler test). After a practice group to determine the test levels, the speech tests can each be carried out with different pause durations. Both channels are presented through headphones on a two-channel audiometer.

Application: Assessment of central auditory processing in adults and children. Allows the two auditory pathways to be examined separately. Diagnostics of lesions of the auditory pathway.
