Payment methods
In the Zeisberg GmbH shop you pay by credit card or PayPal. Regular customers can also pay by SEPA direct debit and receive a 3% discount.
Credit card and PayPal
Payment is completed when you place your order. We then process your order right away.
SEPA direct debit – for regular customers on request
Do you order accessories and spare parts from us regularly? Then you can pay by SEPA direct debit on request and receive a 3% discount on your orders.
How it works:
- Log in to your customer account and submit the request.
- You will immediately receive the SEPA direct debit mandate by email.
- Sign the mandate and send it back to us by email (scan) or by post.
- Once we have checked it, we activate direct debit for your customer account and confirm this by email.
- For your next orders, SEPA direct debit is preselected. The 3% discount is deducted directly from the order total; we collect the amount from your account after advance notice with the invoice.
Good to know
- Direct debit is only available to registered customers with an approved mandate. We decide on activation on a case-by-case basis; there is no entitlement to it.
- The 3% discount applies to orders paid by direct debit. If a direct debit is returned, the full invoice amount becomes due.
- We announce every collection in advance with the invoice.
- You can revoke the mandate at any time with effect for the future. Please let us know in writing.
